Carpenguin server works on transferring phone calls from the car head-unit to the user's mobile phones. Just start the server on your phone while installing Carpenguin head unit on your car and make sure to turn on "Transfer to Bluetooth" feature from the dial page.

Start the server and make sure your phone is paired with your car Bluetooth. The server will listen for incoming call request and initiate the call. Make sure to grant access permission from (Settings > Accessibility) for the server to work properly and place phone calls in background context.
