Service overview

The service overview is based on alerts and shows all services that are connected to your account. Scrolling down the list shows the performance status on the left and availability status on the right.

Transaction overview

Selecting a specific service in the transactions overview provides a detailed overview of all measured transactions, based on its thresholds. A colour range from red to green indicates the state of the transaction.

Graph

Clicking on performance or availability in the transaction overview, directly leads you to a graph showing the specific transaction. The graph shows a two-hour period with an aggregation level of five minutes.
