The Baseline Survey Mission YUVA is a mobile application developed by the Department of Labour and Employment, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, to conduct a household survey for employment-related data. It aims to identify potential entrepreneurs, assess skill gaps, and gather data to enable evidence-based policymaking. This survey also gathers data from registered enterprises to provide a comprehensive view of the existing entrepreneurship landscape. By leveraging this platform, the government seeks to promote entrepreneurship, provide targeted skill development opportunities, and formulate effective policies to enhance employment and socio-economic development in the region.
