"IOC Dak Nong" is a mobile application developed by the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, considered the "digital brain" of Dak Nong province.

The application has the features of instant assignment, intelligent reminders, monitoring and management of real-time targets; was built to monitor and administer the following areas:

- Indicators for reporting and statistics on socio-economic;

- Monitoring security and traffic safety;

- Supervision of the field of Health;

- Supervision of the Education Sector;

- Supervision of public services;

- Reflecting the scene of receiving complaints from people;

- Environmental supervision.
