The InTime App enables detection of stampings

With InTime app for Android smartphones and tablets (from the Android version 1.6) it is possible to detect mobile stampings and transfer them to a provided Internet server. The InTime timesheet imports these stampings, possibly including stored GPS data via an FTP interface to configure. The locations of individual stampings can be displayed in conjunction with Google Maps in InTime main program.

The InTime users is assigned and set to a customized, fee-based subdomain on InTime-Zeiterfassung.de (see also

Pricelist or BVD shop / services under www.BVDOnline.de). The subdomain is completely pre-configured - the intimate app can be used on an unlimited number of Android devices.

The configuration of the app (Permitted ID numbers, keys / activities and if necessary contracts) takes place from the InTime main program.

The operation of the App is designed intuitively.

Change History:

Version 1.01:

- It can now be read in via barcodes also the note field. In this context, three new, adjustable for an administrator parameters have been introduced:

-> Lead characters in note entry via barcode

-> Caster characters at note entry by barcode

-> Delimiters before notepad entry via barcode

Version 1.02:

- It can be imported more than 999 now also ID numbers.

Version 1.03:

- Employees can now be logged out immediately after the registration (via the parameter activated).

Version 1.04:

- The last entered key code / activity can be easily hidden again the next stamping (activated via parameters). Intern various changes have been made for technical reasons. Versions up to and including 1:03 are no longer compatible with our new Inernetserver basis.

Version 1.05:

- About three new parameters, it is now possible to adjust the font sizes of the used devices (eg tablets).

Version 1.06:

- Exclusion possibly unnoticed faulty transmissions of stampings for InTime server.

- The icons and illustrations have been renewed and adapted to the icons of the PC programs or the "material design".

- It is now up to 100 stampings in the stamp view remain (previously max. 10).

- Already transmitting stampings can now be retransmitted.

- The info text has been adapted.

- When stamp transmission line breaks are in the note field now - to avoid errors when stamp import from the InTime-time tracking - transferred as blanks.

- It is now the calling of a full user guide / help possible (on the Android device this must any PDF reader app be pre-installed).

Version 1.07:

- The selection menu has been added to the item "Options / Settings".
