Farmers post queries about the status of the gardens of their farms which these queries can include pest attacks on the gardens then the farmer can take a photo of the plant then posts the query to the experts who will give back the response about the cause and the solution to the problem.Here also the farmer can also record himself rather than writing the description of his query.So farmers may not know how to describe the situation in english but still he can post the query in his language then the translators will translate the query to english then forward it to experts to give the response back to the farmer
