◆How to use “Arutoku”◆

① Earn points by engaging in health promotion activities (please refer to the points menu for points eligible).

②Use the points you have saved at participating stores within the prefecture.

*At participating stores, scan the QR code to consume points.

2 points when reaching 4,000 steps, 2 points for every 1,000 steps from 4,000 to 8,000 steps (maximum 10 points) / Health checkup 50 points / Participation in various health events 15 points (per time) / Mission (per time) / Course conquest 10 points (1 course) / Questionnaire response 3 points / Login bonus 1 point

*Step count points will be awarded from the next day onwards.

◆Notes◆

・Points can be used at participating stores only by people who live, work, or go to school in Oita Prefecture and are 18 years or older.

・This app uses GPS. If you use GPS continuously while the app is running or in the background, battery consumption may be faster than usual.

- If you start other apps at the same time, the memory capacity will increase and it may not work properly.

- In power saving mode, step count and walking course GPS may not respond properly.

・When changing models, please issue a transfer code on the old device and transfer it to the new device.

- Operation on tablet devices is not supported.

・Operation is not guaranteed on devices connected only through Wi-Fi.

◆Recommended environment◆

OS version 9.0~15.0

・Steps will not be counted on devices that are not equipped with a pedometer sensor.

・For some devices, it may not work even if the supported OS version is higher than the supported OS version.

- Installation of Googlefit/this app may be restricted on Rakuraku phones and some devices, so you may not be able to use it.

・In order to use Googlefit step count data, you need to install and log in to the Googlefit app.

- If you have multiple Google accounts, the Google accounts used for fit and this app must match.

-Googlefit makes its own corrections when the date changes, so it may not match completely with this app. Please note that we do not manage Googlefit.

- In order to use some of the features of this app, you will need to agree to "Allow notifications", "Permit location information", and "Permit photography".
