Based in Kendal The Vault Fitness and Wellbeing offers a friendly gym service whether you are local or just visiting Kendal. Our team of staff are always here to answer any questions you may have and how we can help you reach your goals with our Personal Trainer. We cater for all your needs with cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights.
