We are a boutique Pilates Studio located in Port Douglas, Queensland. We offer unique and personalised Reformer pilates classes for all needs and abilities; whether you're looking to leave sweaty and sore, or whether you're looking to feel the burn through a slow and controlled burn. Our small class sizes (5 per class) means we are able to safely support people of all abilities to reap the benefits of moving the body.
