Ask SDA is an information app that provides people who work at Coles Supermarkets with answers to workplace questions they have. It’s free for SDA union members who work at Coles Supermarkets.

You can ask about any workplace matter from your breaks to annual leave or your roster and we’ll find the right answer for you.

Users have direct access to important knowledge and information about their rights and entitlements - anytime, anywhere - so you can be informed whether you’re knocking off a night fill shift or at home. Ask SDA has accurate answers to questions about your enterprise agreement, company policies and legislation.

Simply type in a question and you’ll receive an answer that’s relevant to what company you work for, whether you’re permanent or casual and what state or territory you work in.

What else can you access in the app?

- Instant information. The app provides access to instant, accurate information about their workplace – no matter where they are or what time it is, all through a simple chat interface or through searchable archives of previously asked questions

- Alerts and news bulletins. Get up to date information on your enterprise agreement and news from the SDA
