On Demand Community (ODC) provides registered IBM employees and retirees from around the world with access to a variety of volunteer resources. These resources help IBM volunteers engage with community organizations and expand the value of their volunteer efforts.
The ODC Mobile App allows registered users to volunteer for opportunities that align to their skills or geography, review their volunteer schedule, upload photos of their volunteer events and track their volunteer hours.
