This app aims to help patients with ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease record their physical condition, manage their medication and medical examinations, collect information, and promote appropriate management of their disease.

1. "Home" The layout and design have been changed to make it easier to use.

2. "Calendar" has been changed so that you can check the schedule for each selected day.

3. "Physical condition" 　Changed to make it easier to check the graph and recorded physical condition list.

4. Configured the T-User ID. There is no need to change ID settings for existing users.

*T-User ID is a common account for logging in to all patient services provided by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.

You can set schedules for examination dates and medication/injection dates.

You can firmly record repetitive schedules such as taking medicines, injections, and hospital visits, and deliver notifications at the appropriate time.

You can quickly find the location of a nearby restroom while looking at the map.
