HOW DOES THE TECH WORK?

As you read this text, billions of brain cells are generating measurable electrical activity across your brain. Extensive scientific research has revealed how all our mind states (relaxation, focus, anxiety, sleep, meditation...) correspond to specific brainwave patterns.
