[Introducing Hello Bus 2.0]

The Hello Bus 2.0 application is a service that allows you to check the location, route, and stops of vehicles (buses) used for commuting, school, and hospital visits using your smartphone and computer.

This application provides convenience and safety to passengers by sending an arrival notification when the vehicle selected by the user enters the designated notification zone.

Additionally, vehicle operators or managers can monitor vehicle location, arrival notifications, and check passenger information to help with efficient management and optimization of service routes.

[Requirements for using the service]

※ This service can be used after installing a dedicated terminal on a vehicle (bus) used for commuting, commuting to school, going to school, etc. and signing up for the Hello Bus 2.0 service. You cannot download and use this application alone.

[Basic Service]

▶ (User location inquiry) Application users can check their current location and check the nearest stop.

▶ (Vehicle location and information search) You can check the location and route of the vehicle you are using.

▶ (Designate boarding stop) You can designate the stop to board and receive notifications about vehicles departing from the previous stop.

▶ (Notification zone setting and push notification) Users can set up a notification zone at a random location and receive a push notification when a registered vehicle leaves the previous stop or enters the notification zone.

※ Notifications may be delayed in places where radio waves are not transmitted well, such as underground, in the mountains, or around large buildings.

[Additional services]

A separate service application or terminal is required.

▶ (QR boarding pass) You can check passenger information by issuing a QR code boarding pass.

※ Limited to vehicles installed with a QR reader linked to this service

[Information on requesting permissions when using the app]

※ The permissions below are not required, but if not granted, there may be inconvenience in use.

▶ Notification: Required to receive vehicle arrival notification and instructions sent by the manager of the route you are using. If you do not allow this, you will not be able to receive arrival notification or guidance.

▶ Location: Used to align the center of the map on the main screen to the user's current location. If not permitted, the current location is not known and may be output in a random location.
