Welcome to the 90 minute handball training app!

This app is specially designed to help handball coaches run a successful and effective training session and get the most out of every training session for their players.

• We offer you an extensive catalog of text, images and videos to help you create your training plan.

• You can adapt individual exercises and their sequence to adapt the training to the needs of your players.

• In the 'Shop training units' area, you have many complete units with optimally coordinated exercises at your disposal.

• Each training unit contains about 8 exercises that are structured systematically and lead the team step by step through the 90-minute training session.

• All units are made available in the 'My training units' area and can be called up at any location.

• Special exercises for throwing and goalkeeper training are made available in the 'Action speed' area.

• There are many exercises for e.g. perception training and the speed of action to stimulate all important senses. In addition to improving coordinative and physical abilities, attention is also paid to the player, especially in throwing training.

• Various exercises for goalkeeper training, throwing training, athletics, speed, strength and tabata are offered. Many exercises are free and if you want, you can purchase additional exercises (Level1/Level2/Level3) for a small fee.

• In the 'Training Participation' area, additional services such as team management, planning training days, recording training performance, tracking acceptances/cancellations and a team cash register are available.

THSA-TS is constantly being expanded with new exercises that you can easily download.

The software runs on any standard laptop, notebook, tablet with Windows, Android or IOS.
