Gluu makes it easy to execute, log, monitor and report on tasks in any process.

Create a process in the Gluu platform, add your work instructions, tasks and team members. This app lets staff see which tasks to do when - and to log them as done with a single touch.

It works like this...

1. Create a Gluu account: https://secure.gluu.biz/#/signup/en

2. Follow the wizard to create a process, an activity and some tasks.

4. Assign a user to the role that is responsible.

5. Let the user download this app and sign in

6. The user can now see and log tasks, take photos to add, view work instructions and give feedback and ask questions.

The process owner is notified by email if tasks are not done in time and can review the full history over time.
