Lotofácil Numbers generator considering layout of rows and columns.

Each of the five rows and columns have 0 to 5 dozens drawn. For example, the 53331 setting indicates that one of the lines had drawn the five decades, other three lines had three dozen drawn and owned a drawn ten.
