For You, With You is an application that helps every patient with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The application provides support to patients through tools and information, regardless of the treatment they follow. The application includes a number of over 50 articles on various aspects of the life of the patient with IBD such as: nutrition, well-being, sexual function, travel, respectively, recipes validated by the dietitian. The application also helps users to monitor doctor visits and treatment administration, to set reminders for doctor visits and treatment administration, but also to find the nearest toilets. One of the most valuable elements of the application is the BII disc, which is a visual self-assessment tool designed specifically for BII and validated by experts in the field. The BII disc provides an image in the form of a spider diagram, which covers ten different categories of aspects of the condition for which the user can follow the evolution over time.
