FK Eik Tønsberg is a merger of FK Tønsberg and Eik IF Tønsberg from 1.1.2020. The club is organized as an All-Sports team where the width department is under FK Eik Tønsberg AIL (org. No. 932 994 852) and the top bet is under FK Eik Tønsberg 871 (org. No. 984 062 478).

The vision of merging the clubs is to build one common club for width and top. In this way, both clubs' positions can be continued, namely Eik's position as a quality club for breadth and FKT's position as joint top football bet for Tønsberg.
