Detect and Release your Stress

Fixtress is an android application which first detects and then helps you reduce your stress. Fixtress is connected to a hardware sensor via Bluetooth and it communicates with that sensor to find out the stress level of person who is using that sensor, a person can also find his stress level by using Facial Detection.

And if the app finds out that the person is in stress, it provides different content to the user including videos, images, books, movies, health recommendations and most importantly meditation. That content is generated on the basis of user interest and the purpose of that content is to provide something to the user which could help reduce user’s stress.

Apart from that, Fixtress also informs you about your stress by sending you notifications via email or a phone number. You can also see graph showing your heart rate readings over a period of time.
