OpenText Order App is used by retailers to track their orders

OpenText Order Status App is used by retailers to track their orders and how those are being fulfilled by the participating suppliers. The suppliers will send real-time updates to the order processing to OpenText B2B gateway. The app will consolidate the order information.

The retailers can view the status of the orders placed with a supplier. They can view where in fulfillment cycle is their order and what changes are happening (in terms of quantity, date of delivery etc.) in real-time.
