NutriDash is both an exciting game and an informative reference on what foods to eat and which ones to avoid in order to obtain a healthy balance of the essential food nutrients. Playing the game lets you learn which foods instantly boost your energy (GO foods), contribute to your physical growth and strength (GROW), or cause you to stand out with your shiny hair and glowing skin (GLOW foods). Likewise, it brings out your game savvy as you try to hurdle the challenges that prevent you from maintaining an ideal health status and beating the existing high score.
