Rozgar Mela is an event where a number of employers and job seekers come together for the purpose of providing and gaining employment. It is a strategy to fast-track interactions between job seekers and employers. Employers can get access to large pools of skilled candidates as well as candidates who are on their journey of up skilling. Companies participate in Rozgar Melas to screen candidates for existing or future job openings.

Rozgar Melas are typically held in large assembly halls with a booth for each employer. Each booth displays company brochures and information about the organisation.
