The application that improves the volunteer experience for events in Nice.

Nice Métropole Bénévoles (NMB) was designed alongside and in addition to the Nice Events application.

It is intended to simplify and optimize the experience of volunteers participating in internationally renowned cultural and sporting events hosted by the City.

Nice is renowned for hosting world-class events such as Rugby 2023, Olympic Games 2024, Tour de France 2024, Hopman Cup 2023/24, and many more.

These events attract a large number of committed and dedicated volunteers.

To improve their involvement and the management of their essential roles, the DSI has developed a free application, exclusively dedicated to identified volunteers.

Thanks to a simple process, volunteers receive a secure "magic link" by e-mail after their registration, allowing them to download the NMB application.

Once connected, volunteers have access to a space including the dates, times and missions assigned to them.

In addition, the app provides a detailed list of key sites related to the event, an FAQ section to answer their questions, as well as a WhatsApp-like chat to instantly communicate with other volunteers and obtain the information necessary for the event. execution of their missions.

At the same time, the volunteer manager can now distribute information, notes, clarifications or changes in a single message, simplifying communication and strengthening coordination between participants.
