The MOVITEK application is a solution aimed at condominiums that hire the Remote Concierge service with MOVITEK and seek to optimize security, streamline visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system made by MOVITEK GROUP
You can receive various alerts and messages such as:
- Your remote control's battery is low.
- Messages from the manager, janitor and porter.
It is also possible to consult:
- Incoming and outgoing consultation. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal occurrence reports
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservation of common areas (Barbecue, Party room, etc. (If you have enabled for your condo)
