We love our city and we want you to fall in love with it too!

That is why we, the Municipal Institution of the Khmelnytsky City Council "Khmelnytsky Development Agency", in 2020-2021 with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation implemented a large-scale project "Program of city initiatives for the restoration of architectural monuments" Naked ".

The project generated a number of creative solutions and products to solve the problem of restoring the historical and cultural heritage of Khmelnytsky in the form of "Architecture", as well as unite those who are not indifferent to Khmelnytsky - a city with great potential and original face!

The main result of the project is the creation of 3D models of architectural monuments, the interaction with which is carried out using a mobile application; organization of exhibitions of interactive paintings; conducting panel discussions with experts in the field of cultural heritage protection; creation of a design code of historical buildings of Khmelnytsky, inventory of cultural heritage sites, preparation of accounting documents for cultural heritage sites, creation of a theatrical performance, dialogue with business representatives - owners of historic buildings in order to further restore them.

A powerful information campaign took place in the city - Khmelnytsky has never seen anything like it! Boards and citylights with famous works of art: sculptures "David" by Michelangelo, "Venus de Milo", "Discoball" by Myron, as well as paintings "Birth of Venus" by Cabanel, "Three Graces" by Raphael, "Birth of Venus" by Botticelli were "dressed" in the most naked wardrobe items, and all to prove that "there are things on which certain things are inappropriate." As masterless clothes do not fit, so historic buildings do not like advertising signs, plastic windows and changes of facades!

We decided to "bare" the central street of Khmelnytsky and see what it looked like at the beginning of the twentieth century, when most of the houses on it appeared. These houses are marked by a combination of brick style ornament with elements of the Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau - without color advertising and many other "improvements".
