Created by an experienced, interdisciplinary team of medical professionals and health researchers, HYPE provides the following:

HYPE allows you to record your blood pressure, medication, weight, and daily activities in a report to share with their providers. Hype, designed for patients at the University of Alabama’s Medical Center (UMC), provides:

• Easy-to-understand graphics that help you understand your personal health

• Effortless recording of physical and self-measured blood pressure and weight

• One central place to keep track of your medications
