The user also has the option of searching for a color by its Hex, RGB, CMYK, HSV, HSL, Hunter Lab, XYZ, Yxy, or YUV numbers. The app identifies each color's closest matching name and Valspar paint by comparing the user's color against a collection consisting of thousands of other colors. Additionally, find out each color's Hex, RGB, CMYK, HSV, HSL, Hunter Lab, XYZ, Yxy, and YUV identifying numbers.The app allows its users to discover complement, triatic, analogous, tint, and shade colors, and users can even click these other colors to view more details about each one. The app also provides users with the ability to set any color as his or her device's wallpaper.

A star appears on each page of the app to save colors to a "Favorites" page, and users can even grab a color from any previously captured photo. If available, your device's flash can be turned on and off for higher quality color detection.
