In order to protect students and faculty from infectious diseases such as COVID-19, we provide services such as health status self-diagnosis survey and registration of notification of quarantine agencies.
It prevents group infection in the school community by checking whether students can go to school through a health status survey of themselves and their children, and furthermore, prevents the spread of the disease in the local community.
Students are encouraged to participate in self-diagnosis of their health status through the self-diagnosis questionnaire on their health status, and the available dates for school can be managed by entering the notification details of the quarantine agency.
Target audience: Students and staff of kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools nationwide
Diagnosis contents: Health status management such as fever and cough, symptoms suspected of Corona, whether self-test (self-diagnosis) is performed
