Personal Trainer and Owner of The Zone Fitness Studio, Heather Jablonski, has spent a life-long career participating in obstacle course, fitness skill, and figure competitions. It has been her dream and her mission to share this passion for health and fitness with others through The Zone Fitness Studio. Heather is constantly striving to bring clients the best, most efficient workouts in order to attain their goals. The Zone offers support and encouragement with programs for the mind and body, helping to reduce stress while increasing strength and endurance, creating overall balance and health.

Family is number one with Heather. Her husband and children all take part in a healthy lifestyle; even participating in The Zone classes and assisting with the business.

Heather has helped countless people improve their health and well being through her support, encouragement, and occasional “tough love.” The personal attention and true level of commitment to her clients is unparalleled.
