Our services–which includes self-paced project-based online skill courses, and AI-based role mapping and recruiting service–provide Africa’s junior talents with highly sought-after job skills and opportunities to gain a competitive edge in today’s dynamic workforce, while also helping businesses effectively hire and manage world-class junior talents unto their team.

We have over 9,000 talents building skills in Software Engineering, Graphic & Animations Design, Data Science, AI/Robotics and Digital Marketing across sub-Saharan Africa. We have an 80% job placement success rate in 2018.

We aim to bridge the gap between qualification, employment, and career growth which has, for so long, been a leading factor in the high unemployment rate across Sub-Saharan Africa.
