I don't get any of the bad reviews. Maybe it's your device that lags or doesn't let you open the game. I had it on a different device, it worked perfectly well there and here too. To me, Genshin is hands down the BEST game I've ever played. I've never enjoyed a game as much as I have with Genshin. It has amazing animation, music, sfx and everything in general. The game is so complex, it makes me wonder how long and how much money it took to build all of this. The stories are very interesting too. I thank MiHoyo/HoyoVerse for bringing this game to us. I hope you stay healthy and safe during these times! I will support you as much as I can and wait patiently with any problems there are. Swing how big the game is, I understand if there are problems.
