What is ODCT

◦ It’s a data collection toolkit available in both web and mobile App

◦ For Data Collection, one must be Registered member of app

◦ Through Web portal, Register User can Designed a form as and when required

◦ Current data type Supported is Text and Number.

◦ User may give access to this form to any user register with this app or any group

◦ Group can also create through app

◦ Any no of user can be added in any group

◦ Make the form online to view the form to the intended group of user

Now App Comes into Picture

◦ User must be registered with this app, can be login to system

◦ User can see Three tab there viz MY FORMS, OTHERS FORMS, SHARED FORMS

◦ Each form has its own relevance

◦ In MY FORMS- User can see the form which was designed by user only

◦ In OTHER FORMS, User can see the Form Designed by Someone but given access right to the user

◦ Third one is SHARED FORMS, User can see the form which was designed by anyone but shared privately through KEYS

◦ User may do entry, Edit or Delete any record which is owned by him.

◦ Form owner user can Add, Update, and Delete any Data of any user at any time. But once he updates the others data, In that case the ownership to the data will atomically change to FORM USER ◦

Now in Web App

◦ Form Owner Download the Entered data by any one

◦ Data can be shared for other app and web

◦ Form Owner can Give the data access to any one using Create API

◦ API can be created Dynamically through web to allow access the data

◦ API KEY can share to anyone who is interested to get the entered data through this app or through own app

◦ Procedure can be seen in web portal

◦ Postman Functionality is given in web portal to test API and get JSON output

◦ Any Programmer can Write a few line code to fetch data from this web portal.
