We believe that fitness can be a practice in spirituality. Even if you don’t personally identify as a spiritual being, we know that in order to have a breakthrough in whatever it is that you’re seeking you must rely on the deepest parts of yourself. We're here to help you master that through movement. On this journey you will learn to be present, honest, endure failure, embrace love and truly understand or reinforce your worth.

The best part is that we have a variety of classes that keep you engaged and on your toes. A lot of people live their lives in a box lined with past hurts and self prescribed boundaries - we are here to show you how to dance around that box. Our only goal is to encourage you to surrender, strap in on the ride of the uncomfortable and unfamiliar, all while building a strong and healthy body that you deserve. There will be ebs and flows as well as peaks and valleys along the way. Allow us to support you on your journey.
