Activación de UAE y del CCG, ciudadanos y residentes extranjeros para aprovechar los servicios clave ICA

The application was developed to enable UAE Nationals, GCC citizens, and expatriate residents to avail key Federal Authority For Identity And Citizenship (ICA) services, namely:

• Apply to new Identity Card

• Apply to renew Identity Card

• Apply to replace Identity Card

• Track Application

The overarching objective was to provide users another mode or channel to conduct this mandatory requirement of registering personal information with ICA in an efficient and timely manner. Specific targets were set for these services, such as streamlining the application process, i.e. reducing the time needed for individuals to submit their application; and streamlining the number of data fields in the form vis-a-vis personal data inputs and attachments.
