The Krueger Initiative for the Performing Arts Ltd is registerd as a Not For Profit Company, T/A Equal Ability Radio which is known by the acronym Big EAR. The purpose of the business is to offer as many employment opportunities as possible to people of limited physical / mental ability to promote confidence to work in broadcasting and later, if they wish, in the broader employment arena.

As a broadcaster our purpose is to serve all listeners, but with a special content focus suited to those with a physical / mental disability, their families and carers.

All profits made after running costs will be invested in expanding our activities to include establishing school radio facilities in schools especially focused on the development of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. (S.E.N./D.) This initiative will begin in the UK and be gradually rolled out to countries all around the World. We hope to assist greatly in promoting education, confidence, self reliance and the conveyance of important public messages such as Family Planning, Hygiene, Avoiding the spread of Infectious Diseases etc.

Our objective is to support those less capable of supporting themselves by conveying information and opportunities that assistance personal development and self reliance.

We are currently putting out an 8 hour loop of music related programes, available 24hrs a day and updated every Saturday evening.

We will soon be opening a studio for continuous live broadcasts.

Once this studio space is acquired we will start to introduce a much broader base of programs to include;

News, Sport, Documentaries, Drama, Comedy, General Information etc.
