Dr Deepesh Agarwal ( MD,DM Cardiology,AFSCAI) a trans radial intervention cardiologist.

With over 9 years of experience as a practicing consultant in cardiology, He has been associated with many leading hospitals and institutes including Indraprastha Apollo Hospital Delhi, Hindu Rao hospital Delhi,R.G.Kar Hospital Kolkata, Desun Hospital & Heart Institute Kolkata.Before pursuing his DM Cardiology from R.G.Kar Medical College Kolkata, he completed his MD in Medicine from MGM medical College & M.Y.Hospital Indore.He is life time member of Cardiology Society of India and also an associate fellow in Society Of Cardiovascular Angiography & Intervention (SCAI) USA and International associate fellow of European Society of Cardiology.Since year 2004 continuously working as Clinical & Interventional Cardiologist. He is among the few cardiologist specially trained in TRANSRADIAL intervention, doing all coronary & non coronary artery angiography & angioplasty including primary angioplasty through RADIAL artery to ensure your patient comfort, less chance of bleeding complication & more important early mobilization, so that he/she can go to work on the same day after the procedure.He is also having large experience of ICD & Pacemaker implantation in heart block patients, trained in Kolkata where Asia’s maximum number of pacing are being done, and he has implanted independently more than 500 permanent pacemaker including dual chamber, biventricular & CRT etc.He is also expert in balloon mitral & pulmonary valvuloplasty, Alcohol septal ablation in HOCM pts along with device closure of congenital heart disease pts.(PDA,ASD) ect.

Apart from that he has also been involved in teaching postgraduate students from medical fraternity.
