Secondly - communication, we are aiming to shy away from giving corporate responses. We want to reply to all customers as people and we aim to rectify all issues quickly. We also aim to answer all messages and queries right away while lot not letting issues drag on.

We stock a lot and have access to a huge range of products. We can also source products for you. Customer loyalty, reputation and brand building is our aim here and we are open to ideas and suggestions from customers.
