ESŌ Wellness app is designed for clients of ESŌ Wellness health coaches. The app enables clients to track their nutrition, habits, training sessions, biofeedback & progress while communicating seamlessly with their coach.

Clients can only use the app while they are actively working with an ESŌ Wellness coach. If you are a current ESŌ Wellness client please contact your coach to receive your invite and credentials to be able to access the app.

Our app integrates with Health Connect and wearables to provide personalized coaching and precise fitness tracking. By using health data, we enable regular check-ins and track progress over time, ensuring optimal results for a more effective fitness experience.
