eID.li allows you to use a mobile phone as a form of secure digital ID. It can be used to access secure e-services without requiring a card reader. To make things even easier, modern mobile phones can be configured to use fingerprint or face recognition instead of a password for login.

The system is based on the latest security technology implemented in today's mobile phones. Private keys are stored in a secure location within your mobile phone that is not accessible from the outside and safe from hacking.

In order to receive the eID.li, you must register personally at the passport office in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
