e-RMK for the use of Kelantan Customs officers

This e-RMK application is for the use of Kelantan Customs officers only. Contact the management officer for a temporary ID and password.

This app is used to scan QR codes of tourists who shop at duty-free stores. This application will increase the efficiency of customs officers during the inspection process of tourist purchases.

Way to use:-

1. Download the application and install it into your mobile phone

2. Log in using the temporary ID and password provided

3. Update password and officer information

4. Scan the tourist QR code

5. Review and approve tourist purchase records

Application manager will be able to use this application to: -

1. Create new users for officers

2. Access, print or send reports online (email, whatsapp etc)
