Explore the Phoenician shipwreck in Xlendi Bay – Gozo (Malta)

Hey you…just take a deep breath… you are going to explore a Phoenician shipwreck that lies at 110 meters deep!

Did you ever imagine to explore the Underwater Cultural Heritage from the comfort of your own home? Thanks to the iMARECULTURE project, you can do a Dry Visit into the most beautiful underwater archaeological sites of the Mediterranean Sea.

This application enables you to explore the Phoenician shipwreck that lies at 110 meters deep. To do this, you will command an underwater vehicle. The underwater shipwreck, dating to the 7th century BC, lies in Xlendi Bay – Gozo (Malta). During the visit, you will be able to listen some information about the shipwreck, its discover and excavation.
