Application for monitoring and tracking the use of water resources

The Declara Water application is a simple tool for the water resources user to monitor and track their water use and connect with the water resources management agency, sending data and photos from their captured volume measurement equipment and receiving reports from the agency manager, for better control and management of water resources.

The user must be granted or authorized and the water use authorizations of his enterprise must be previously registered in the National Register of Users of Water Resources (CNARH) by the respective management agency - ANA or state agency depending on the domain of the water body. The user must also have installed appropriate equipment for measuring catchment time (hour meters) or water volumes drawn directly from rivers, lakes, reservoirs or aquifers.

The user can access his enterprise with his CNARH system password or his registration at gov.br. When accessing, identify your interferences (water abstractions) by name, type and geographical coordinates. Then, register your measuring equipment by selecting from the list of available options, and record photos of the equipment's display and enter the volume data read directly on the equipment. Optionally, enter pump nominal flow data (registered on the plate) and instantaneous flow data, which will be used as a reference for calculating volumes. Whenever there is an internet connection, the data will be automatically updated.
