Wisp is an easy-to-use calorie counter and macro tracker than helps you to lose weight, understand your diet, and improve your lifestyle. Not just a calorie counter, with Wisp you can also track your exercise and weight over time, so you can see the improvements that you’ve made, and changes you need to make.

As the designer, I use Wisp to track my own diet every day. I know that I am unable to maintain my weight if I don’t count my calories. I run three or four times a week, and go for regular walks, and having Wisp track my exercise and offset the calories that I’ve burned against what I eat has stopped me over-compensating. In less than one year, while using Wisp, I was able to lose weight of over 30 kg, to reach a healthy weight, and to maintain it.

Wisp understands different units of measurements:

• centimeters, inches, and feet

• kilograms, pounds, and stones

• grams, ounces, and cups

• milliliters and fluid ounces

Wisp stores everything on your device – there’s an export/import feature should you need it to transfer to another phone. The only reason you would need to go online would be to synchronize with your exercise tracker, or to search the online food library of over 1,500,000 items.
