I have handled thousands of cases, including many jury trials. I have appeared in court all over North Carolina and as well as federal Immigration Court. I also handle immigration cases at U.S. Consulates in many countries around the world. I give my clients competent, compassionate and honest legal representation to help resolve their legal problems.

Born and raised in North Carolina, I have seen firsthand the growing Hispanic/Latino community and issues they face in immigration, personal injury, worker’s compensation, traffic infractions, and criminal cases where they have needed someone to advocate for them. I stand up and represent the voiceless and defenseless.

I am married and have a son, a step-son, and a daughter.
