You have to use google play store to Uninstall it and if still having issued download a 3rd party Uninstaller and that should take care of your issues. Android only tho if you have one of those pain in the ***  phones then I'd suggest taking it and tossing it in the nearest RIVER and go get any phone that is Android. I don't understand why people still spend all that money on a phone that has 1/4 the abilities of even a 50.00 Android with all the apps and mods Android can run theres nothing a can do that the Android can't donalot better and more efficiently so I hope this helps you if not let me know I have 1 trick that is guaranteed to work it will remove factory installed apps Even change operating systems but if not careful with it you could delete something that will ruin your phone for good, so if we have to ill walk you thru that process 1 step at a time cool.
