Duckduckgo is an editors choice??? Clearly another editor that endorses in exchange for some money. Duckduckgo is NOT a private search engine. 5 seconds of research will show that immediately.
- rhythmstick1111: Mojeek is a good uncensored search engine. But what browser can anyone recommend as an alternative to DDG?

Has become just like Google. Has begun downranking sites based on opinions of "disinformation". You had one job. Show the search results. You promised to not become censorious like Google yet here we are.

- rhythmstick1111: If you're looking for an alternative, Mojeek is a good, uncensored search engine. They also have a browser app for Android, although it is currently a bit basic.

This app shows me high battery consumption in power saving mode of my telephone.

Battery settings from Duckduckgo App:

deactivation of automatic start; disabled by continuation of foreground and background data

However, duckduckgo beta browser app still consumes power in this mode.
