In case some players have the same sum result, winner is player who have bigger type card, the order is ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ (for example, if you and other player have the same sum result is 9, but you have a ♥ type card, and other have no ♥ type card, you win), in case if players have the same sum result, have the same type card, winner is the player who have bigger number of the same type card (for example, if you have 9♥,3♦, 7♠ and other player have 3♥, 3♦, 3♣, sum result is the same 9, but you have 9♥, other player only have 3♥, you win).
