The mission of the Durham Rescue Mission Thrift Store is to provide customers and donors with a rewarding experience by recycling gently-used items and helping to support the hungry and homeless at the Durham Rescue Mission. We strive to create jobs for the unemployed in the Triangle and offer opportunities for volunteers to become involved with the Mission in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. Stop by one of our three convenient locations today to donate your items or shop for clothes, books, furniture, and more!

The Durham Rescue Mission welcomes donations at our thrift stores in Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, as well as our additional drop-off locations at the Center for Hope (men's division) and Good Samaritan Inn (women's & children's division). Donations are tax deductible and all proceeds will benefit the Durham Rescue Mission's ministry of helping the hungry and homeless of the Triangle area.
