Adheart is a mobile health application designed for patients with hypertension. This aims to improve the medication adherence and compliance of patients to their medication. The application includes an alarm, videos, medication booklet, and more. The alarm will notify the patient on when to take their medication, which in return will give them points to use for the mini game included in the application.
